Victoria Lincoln (Vicki) has extensive experience as both a business leader and executive coach. She develops and delivers customized one-on-one executive coaching programs and leadership team workshops which enhance effectiveness and deliver impactful, lasting results. Based upon her client-centric approach, professional business experience, and ability to collaborate with senior executives to understand goals, assess needs, and identify leadership challenges, Victoria develops and helps clients implement actionable solutions that optimize performance and growth. Clients served include executives and leadership groups from a broad range of large multi-national corporations, major universities, and not-for-profit organizations.

Prior to the establishment of Lincoln Consulting Resources, Victoria was the Executive Vice President of PCRI for more than 25 years, where she developed and delivered executive coaching and leadership team programs. As a business leader, Victoria was Senior Vice President and Division Head for a major banking corporation and was also a senior member of the organization’s internationally recognized, award-winning tele-sales center.
